Description

Bats are enormously efficient at consuming unwanted insects around water, like mosquitoes. Promoting bat habitat is an excellent way to control bugs around your water.

These bat houses are “ornithologically correct,” that is, they are built to specifications recommended by wildlife scientists. Features include two chambers and a slot opening at the bottom suitable for all special of small, insectivorous bats. Has a large landing platform, screened interior and echo-location slots on the sides to help the bats locate the hollow cavity. Large house accommodates up to 300 bats.

They are constructed of Eastern White Pine for years of service in the elements.
