We recommend a Koenders Freeze Control Units for  Aeration Windmills that are installed in climates that experience considerable freezing winter weather.

Compressing air causes condensation to build up in the air lines and during freezing weather, can cause an ice blockage. If this occurs, back pressure in the line will automatically open a valve in the Freeze Control unit, (which you fill with rubbing alcohol)releasing a small amount of alcohol into the line. The alcohol melts the ice and normal operation is restored.
